CubeSmart Self StorageReviews of cubesmart.com

Reviews For Lowell Storage , 20 Duren ave, Lowell Mass 01851 December 2, 2019 To whom it may concern, I have been renting from your previous owner since he opened up fifteen years ago. Cubesmart took over, and I like everything about your services except for the price, AS I HAVE PREVIOUSLY INDICATED. However, there is one thing that makes me feel good when I enter my storage units, all three of them is when I pass by the gate, or when I enter the office and I pay my bill, and the marvelous treatment I get from one of your employees by the name Tricia Hernandez. Her smile, her welcoming treatment, her attitude, her cheerfulness and above all her professionalism is above and beyond anything superlative. The truth is that I do not feel the burden of payment, but instead I feel that I am home suite home. Allow me to give credit where credit is due, because such a person can make a big difference in human relationship, and this is the kind of people we need to make the world a better place to live in. Thank you, Michael S. Benlian

Their 1930 Pennington location floods. Don’t believe the manager Nicole, she will lie to your face!

My payment isn't even late and I have already set up a payment date for tomorrow. My code to the gates has been suspended, which I found out after my husband walked to the unit to grab a coat because I'm 18hrs away and it's cold outside. I asked if someone could walk him back and let him grab his coat and was told no. We have been with them for 4 months and spend almost $200 a month. I have worked with many other storage facilities and have never been treated so poorly. I would take your money to someone who actually appreciates your business. By the way the information on their site about what is considered late and late fees is not accurate either it says 10 days and it's actually charged on the 8th day which I am still under.

I would like to 5 stars for my heroes! Paul, Ron, and Mia for outstanding customer service. Cube smart bought the property recently from Bargain Storage that I have been a tenant for 15 months, the owners at the time of moving in was Bargain Storage I am not a fan of Bargain Storage at all. To make a long story short it was a nightmare for 15 months on the business side of things @ Bargain Storage. I love Cube Smart Storage and their Cube Smart dedicated employees Ron, Mia, and Paul Fleming, saved my business jumped right into action to make sure that I stayed in my building, doing what I love💪🙏❤️ And I am truly grateful They are called ”SMART” for a reason. I was on the verge of a financial setback and lost business.May I mention Paul and Ron spoke with me and each other trying to help and figure out what to do Paul waived most of my rent and helped me figure out what to do, Ron with a big smile went inside my building and did my dimension measurements with a flashlight, and that sweet Mia would come out of the office every day with encouraging words and a big hug. These guys forever have a special place in my heart.❤️❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹 #teamcubesmart SHONDA Amie- Dombrowsky

Cubesmart is the most dishonest company that I have ever encountered. I rented a storage unit from them in Texas and had my household items stored while building a new home. The MANAGER of the property left a faucet running in a plugged utility sink. The sink filled, overflowed and flooded my unit and possibly other units. Most of my household items were destroyed by the water. The district and regional management of Cubesmart found this act to be perfectly acceptable and did not feel that Cubesmart was in any way liable for my personal items. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS DESPICABLE COMPANY.

Customer service representative Lynette Brooks was awesome... She was couteous and very helpful in explaining about the services. She is truly the reason I chose cubesmart. She was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Great customer service skills and a beautiful smile. Thanks Lynette Brooks for making my experience a pleasant one.

Great service. Shirley was very helpful and went beyond her limit to make sure all my needs were met. Room rates are also lower then others and you still get great quality rooms.
