The cubesmart in Hendersonville, TN does not belong to the BBB. That alone should tell you what you need to know..... They do NOT honor their written contracts regarding pricing and the units are climate, but not humidity controlled!!!!!!!!!!!

A year and a half ago, I put my stuff in storage, at $88/mo. Shortly afterward, Cube Smart bought the business and immediately raised it to $96. Not cool, but whatever. 6 months later, it was $108. Today I got my bill, and it's $123. What the f? I'm in Korea, and my bank account is running out 40% faster than I anticipated. What am I supposed to do? Are they going to exponentially raise it again? What a bunch of C U Next Tuesdays!

Jonathan at the 990 S Boulder Hwy Henderson, NV location was very helpful. He explained all of our options, answered our questions we had without being overbearing. He took us to look at a unit to make sure it was what we were wanting. Would definitely recommend this location if you were considering a storage facility.

At least a unit in DoubleTree Scottsdale when it was Storage West best service I've ever had best situation I ever had and reasonably priced. Don't be fooled because of the reviews that double CubeSmart has been using a from the storage West not from CubeSmart. I regret to inform you this is a lost cause you do not want to lease a unit here there's never anybody in the office the vehicle that was used to move in with for free you just paid for the gas is no longer available the dumpster has been taken away and we've been jacked up 10% on the price of the unit although you'll find them online for $100 less than you're paying if you were already there. But this place is downhill fast do yourself a favor, don't lease here!

Professional service with a smile, I am currently renting a 10x20 storage space and a outside parking space for my jet ski trailer. The team members at this facility made my experience so stress free as I am relocating from New Jersey to Florida with a very limited time frame. They went above and beyond to accommodate me in such a short time to which I am very grateful, a special shout out to Don for going above and beyond in my experience smooth and stress free.

Since Cubesmart is pretty much the only game in town these days I’m pretty much stuck with them. My complaint is cost. My unit cost increased 25.33% in November 2021 and now nine months later it increased 23.4%. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

Poor management, never got a hold of me (had all my info) until 5 days before building was going to be torn apart, No help whatsoever ,just beaurocracy and papers to sign after more than 7 years of storage .Way below standard
