I wish I could give Crunch a zero star … they charged their customers an annual fee only a couple weeks before they shut down the Westborough location without notice ( well a 36 hour notice actually). They knew they were closing but still charged the annual fee and monthy fee and refused to refund that money they stole from the members . I sent many emails to Crunch headquarters and they would not even respond to my inquiries. Do yourself a favor and join planet fitness where they appreciate your business and offer you a clean well stocked gym facility

I like working out at Crunch Fitness, although I’m concerned with the door of the daycare being left unlocked and anyone can walk right in. I really think that door should be locked and the employees should open it every time a parent comes to pick up their child. When I inquired about this a manager told me that the daycare at Crunch Fitness is not a real daycare! Well I guess the children are not real children!

Crunch Fitness Olympia Washington state. Brand new, lots of sunlight, all the equipment I need, very affordable, people are nice. However, the 1st time I walked in the door, no one was there at the front desk. I waited and waited. Just wanted a tour. Finally had to ask a member where the front desk staff was and she walked me down a hall and knocked on an office door. There they all were in an office with the door shut. That was about 3-4 months ago. Today, during my workout, I needed help on a machine. No staff was there at all. It was between 3-4 pm, front door open, I walked around 2-3 times, knocked on the office door..nothing. No staff anywhere in the building for an hour that I know of. On my way to get my stuff to leave, 3 staff appeared there at the front door. I told my story that I needed someone to help 30 minutes ago and 1 young man said he was there, but he went to get lunch. So here's the deal: gyms are by law supposed to have a staff member on duty to monitor the door, the facility, etc. You can't leave the gym for an hour with no one to replace you. If you are a 24-hour gym (Crunch is not) offering key-card access during un-staffed hours, you must have CCTV cameras installed all through the facility. Plus, the gym must provide emergency buttons/ alarms to call for police and medical help if needed. Today in Crunch Olympia, if someone had passed out, had a heart attack, got hurt using equipment, or was attacked, or whatever, no staff was there to handle it. The members were left on their own. Not cool. Negligence. That was a setup for a lawsuit. I like the gym. But, if it's ever left unstaffed again, I'm writing to Corporate and the club manager and state Labor & Industries Dept.

Go to any other gym! This place is nothing but a thief! Canceling your membership is nearly impossible, with mixed messaging from every different employee you talk to. I innocently thought that other people's poor reviews would not apply to me. Yet here I am still trying to cancel this membership. If a gym needs predatory contracts in order to make money, then maybe it needs to reevaluate its business model. YOU WERE WARNED! IF YOU EVER WANT TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP IT WILL BE A NIGHTMARE!!!!

I think crunch fitness is awesome the spin class are dynamite instructors are awesome I enjoyed the spin class I enjoyed a whole gym as it was said it is clean the people are nice they’re always smiling and very helpful and that’s what you want and then establishment such as this I have ridden with about four instructors and they’re very good Steve who is very good fast paced I love it he works me Connie who is very good and on point. blu I must say it was a great experience so the gym it stands alone I like it and it’s affordable I think I’ll stick n stay ❤️‍🩹💕❤️🥰

Great staff and equipment. Dislikes! To many members seem to Homestead machines by leaving their bag or bottles. Others use the machines as Phone booths, sitting on machines while using their phones and preventing others from using the equipment for up to 20 minutes. The other dislike is the loud speaker system.

So i was a recurring member, cancelled my membership multiple times an came back multiple times. But this last time i cancelled my membership. They charged me for late fees an a month of membership after I cancelled an then were worse than debt collectors, with hounding phone calls an emails. All for a measly 20-30 bucks, i was called nonstop for two days an received multiple almost threatening emails bout actions they could take to collector their money. I called one day to try an discuss the matter but the customer service rep was of no use and began getting an attitude saying that if i had just paid my bill in the first place i wouldnt have to deal with all this, but seeing as i cancelled my membership i should have never been charged. Their customer service is not a service but more like a bill collector.
