Under new management as of 3/23. This general mgr is by far the most incompetent manager in the company. As per her Linkedin profile, a new grad with a degree in psychology and zero experience running a gym nor working with paying members. There has been a very high turnover in staff since she has been there and she bans people without just cause ( in other words her staff of teens can lie and cry to her all day long and she takes what they say at face value). She oversteps by invading the personal and financial lives of paying members....... allowed a teenage employee access to my bank info. Teens talking half nude selfies/videos of themselves is commonplace simply because she allows it. No woman should be made to feel uncomfortable because another woman is taking selfies in the locker rooms. Her employees take unprofessional selfies of themselves and post them online.......one was sent to my underage daughter. I did attempt to address this issue however, I got backlash from her. I wonder how close this adult mgr is to her teen employees???? Be careful. These front desk staffers are not your friends. They are young, liberal, and overstep their positions.

I cancelled my service and you keep calling and charging. I NEED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND NEED THIS RESOLVED I DIDNT WVEN ATTEND A FULL MONTH AMD I DONT THINK ITS RIGHT TO HAVE TO OAY ALMOAT $100. I need to speak to a manager or corporate office to have this resolved. Sent from my iPhone

Unbelievable! Listen to this one. I was extremely ill and I still am, I had told them to put my account on hold until further notice. So apparently they put until February 1st 2023 which I was not even aware of. All this time they were charging me for February, March, April, May, June and got July, which I didn't even see on my bank statement until July. I spoke to the manager Victor at the Ancaster location and he did not help me at all just gave me corporate talk... Blah blah blah.. I don't seem to understand if I said until further notice why would you continue to charge me why would you not send me an email and ask if I still needed to come or needed more time.. I will never go back to Crunch gym unfortunately. I've been going to that location for almost 20 years when it was Phoenix gym..

I joined Crunch Fitness in hopes of getting back in shape. Within a month my hip on the right side had issue. I had to pause my membership. When the pause was close to ending I notified Crunch fitness. They requested a letter from my doctor to support my claim to continue the pause. I sent the letter to them to extend the pause. They did not apply my letter and charged me $28.99 for the month of June 2023. I called the Lakeland Crunch Fitness and the manager was rude and arrogant and stated he would send a refund form. Never arrived! I called the next day and was told that if I wanted to cancel my membership I would have to come in! I said no! They then gave me an address: PO Box 2650, Brandon, Florida 33509, to mail a letter requesting the same. Lesson here is that CRUNCH FITNESS IN LAKELAND is a mess! They are rude and arrogant when you expose their deficiencies. DO NOT GO THERE!

The gym is always unorganized, weights everywhere, people don’t restock and employees never clean. The gym is invested with bugs of all kinds. There’s a lot of Bugs even white warms you don’t see because they are tiny to spot sometimes. Crunch Fitness clean the gym. For are sake of our health. It’s not fair because we pay our membership every month. You NEED TO FUMIGATE YOUR GYM.

I had a bad experience with Crunch Fitness. I joined Crunch on April 30th, 2023. In May I asked to cancel my membership because I didn't find any classes that fit my schedule. I was told according to their policy I can't cancel. I have to wait three months before I can cancel. In July 2023, they charged my account for $75.50. I went there and spoke to a manager. He told me that is the yearly membership fee plus the monthly payment. Can you believe it? I never stepped foot into this club. When I signed up, they used an iPad, and didn’t go over the policy with me. They didn’t have any classes scheduled yet to show at the time. Now they want to apply all their policy on people. That's not fair. I think that’s a rip off. My last option it to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Probably the worst gym company ever. Literal SCAMMERS. I've been trying to cancel my membership for ONE YEAR, and they kept refusing to cancel it, and kept drawing money out of my card. Fortunately I got some of it back by winning PayPal claims, however when they finally decided to let me cancel it, they charged me again 2 months of membership and another annual fee for no reason at all. They refused to show me where I signed that to cancel it I had to pay that. Whatever, I'm starting more PayPal claims anyway.

Crunch fitness is not good with customer service at all. This purposely leave out information to scam you in to paying more money. The Norman location offers no help and does not try to rectify the situation at all.
