DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SCAM COMPANY. They took my son's contract at 16 without parental permission. I called to cancel it and get his money back and not only did they hard cancel his account they refused to refund the money. The punk ass supervisor didn't even have the balls to take the call instead he had some associate handle it. The level of disrespect is insane. I wonder how many other minors they sign up without their parents permission under invalid contracts. Maybe a lawyer and civil suit needs to be brought against them. Just an idea. This the location in Arlington Tx on S. Cooper st.

Friendly staff. Enjoy being able to use the equipment and tan at the same location.

I joined a yet-to-open Crunch Fitness in Coral Springs, FL. No mention was made about cancellation policies and annual equipment maintenance fees when I signed up. I first used the gym on the second day it was open and already some machines were out of order. Not one day passed without some machines being unavailable due to maintenance. The music they play there is too loud and as a result, people have to speak loudly to each other to be heard over the music. The noise level is annoying and borderline unhealthy. The gym is always too crowded and competition for the machines that aren’t broken is fierce. And finally, when I went to cancel my membership, I was charged for three months when I had only been a member for 6 weeks, plus the annual maintenance fee. I cannot recommend this gym.

Forgery, Hidden Fees, Scamming, List goes on and on...

I always go to the Crunch on East Main Street so my review is for this location. It has always been a welcoming place, the staff are very friendly. Rarely have I not been able to get a workout station. I love the fact that they have a play area for your kids. Today they had a woman by the name of Jennifer who was good energy and seemed to know what she was doing with kids. 10/10

Crunch PT program is a joke. The male trainers will hit on you and underaged children. They fire good trainers that actually want to help people get good results. Plus, why be able to cancel a month trial within 30 days but not a 6 month trial? Once you sign up for a 6 months there is no way of getting out of it endless u pay the entire plan…hell nah. Then the other trainers will spread rumors around about you. I will never be attending crunch again.

Not letting me cancel the membership. Getting ran around, very rude manager, and fake corporate numbers to call. I filled out the Google form needed to cancel, and still getting charged 6 months later. Unacceptable

Friendly staff but their cancelation policy is not good. Being in SoCal for so long I have grown spoiled to club amenities offered by the likes of equinox, LA fitness, and others. They simply don't have ithere. Great for teenagers and moms on the go I guess. But this gym is not for serious lifestyle people.
