I joined the gym and was only two weeks into my membership. I then decided that it was too far to go and canceled my membership. I was charged a 33-dollar fee for membership and a 70-dollar fee for a yearly maintenance fee when I never stepped foot in their gym. This gym is only out for the money!

I used to work in the kids crunch section as a supervisor . Greenwood, Indiana 20293 location (1230 US Highway 31 N, Greenwood, IN 46142) .. I started in October 2024 when the place first opened. I would sometimes be there all day by myself. I would take naps in the movie theater while waiting for the next shift to begin. There were sometimes upwards of 15 kids in there with just me .. We did 3 months to 12 years. So sometimes I would be watching two or three babies on top of watching other children.. Everywhere from toddlers to older children. The front desk never offered any help even though I was told they could come in and help out. If we had to go to the restroom we would have to ask the trainers. If there wasn't one that was willing to come in... better hope your bladder is strong because you aren't peeing or pooping until next shift comes in. The staff would watch inappropriate movies with kids in the room.. Spider Man 2.. The Doc Ock scene comes to mind. I was told by another staff member that one of the girls was watching a movie with full frontal nudity... With kids in the room. She said she didn't need to turn it off because it was only for a moment. One of the staff members has anger management problems ( she screamed at a janitor until she cried and the janitor thought she was going to be assaulted. ) The restroom and playroom were never mopped ( unless i did it). All of them are supposed to be CPR certified.. the majority of them are not. CPR training is all online.. they never have to go into a classroom at all. So if your child is choking they will probably break your kids ribs because they never do it on the dummy. So they have no idea about pressure or depth or how it should feel if they are doing it properly, Nothing ! They allow the kids to come in with food and drinks.. even though they aren't supposed to because of other kids allergies.. and here is no epi pen in that first aid box..so you better hope they know what an allergic reaction looks like because you are going to have to get your kid to the hospital fast. The manager is in his office 90% of the time he is there.. If he is even there. The tables/ toys/ Chairs do not get wiped off throughout the day. Staff members that go to the bathroom don't always wash their hands. I have seen staff members pick up pacifiers off the floor and put them right back in your kids mouth. So what I'm trying to say is I wouldn't leave my kids at the kids crunch. They don't give any care about your kids. I came in for two months straight with a cough that was almost constant because i knew if i didn't i would lose my job. One of the guys on the front desk got fired because he was off because he had the flu. This gym does not care about you or your kids.

Be aware of agreeing to anything when signing up with crunch. This gym advertises $10 a month for a year contract. Not mentioning the $60-80 “annual fee” that you can not get out of paying. Also not mentioning that the membership really comes out too $13 a month. I canceled my membership due to the gym being 20 minutes out of my way. When I went to cancel the first time I was told it would be $60 to get out of my “1 year contract”. which I decided to sleep on. Then when I called back ready to cancel I was told I owe them $120 to cancel. I was confused how it went up in just 2 days, so I hung up and slept on if I really need to cancel the membership. When I got fed up and finally decided to cancel I now owed crunch $195, too cancel my “contract”. I was fed up so I paid the fee, after asking multiple times if this will be the end of the contract and I got confirmation from crunch that it will be. A day later I revcieved an email stating I will have to pay the next month due too being within 7 days of the billing date. Needles too say, do not sign up with crunch go support a local gym that cares about you and isn’t trying to steal from you.

Predatory company with predatory billing. I've canceled my membership several times now over a long period of time and they are billing me two years later now. They reject any attempt to cancel membership and threaten to send debt collectors. Truly a horrible company. avoid at all costs.

To begin with a positive - the staff are lovely, helpful, friendly. What a great bunch of people! The big negative is that the bathrooms are a disgrace. Yesterday the three toilets available to women were all blocked and not just with paper. I was there around 7am. The toilets themselves had not been cleaned that day or the night before.

I transferred from LA fitness to this gym since this gym has more equipment brand new and not the same old machines as LA fitness the only complaint I have about this gym is in the afternoon. The music is too loud and the music sometimes is ghetto. You can’t even barely hear the other person you’re training with when talking other than that this gym is dope
