These people are scammers. I bought a Phone online through their web service and it said my monthly payment would be $49.95 a month. Two days later I get an email saying my monthly bill would be $65 a month. After calling and talking to them my plan was canceled although the phone had been shipped. They sent me a return label and when the phone arrived I took it to UPS the next day and returned it. Four days after they received it back and I have notice to prove it they sent me an email saying I only had a few days to return it or I would be billed in full. I sent them an email and proof that they had the phone back and told them they need to send my refund in the same amount of time that they allowed me to return the phone. To this point I have not received a refund after calling they said it would be a few more days. I’m seriously considering turning them over to the state attorney generals office. My advice to anyone dealing with them is if you do it online through their website please take screenshots as I did so you will have proof.

This company if fraudulent! I wish I had done my homework before attempting to get service with them. I attempted to sign up and was going to get a mobile device through them, I signed up, and paid to have my phone sent over night. A minute after I hit send I got a message saying we are reviewing your order will hear from us in 1 to 3 days?? Same day I was informed they wouldn’t be approving me which I would have said fine however the minute I signed up they took the money out of my account it’s been 7 days and it’s still not back in my account so I will be reporting them to consumer protection, the BBB and the media if money still isn’t back in my account today this is ridiculous, criminal!! I’ve reached out several times email after email I’ve called all I get is it’s coming you will receive it be patient , be patient??? Stay away is all I can say

I keep receiving emails, but I never signed up for this (I hadn't even heard of this company). When I try to unsubscribe, it doesn't work. So I'm stuck with these emails for which I never signed up. I wonder if this is even legal... You can't even contact them, email addresses don't work. Is this company even trustworthy?

Can I give them less than one star? I signed up for Credo Mobile 1 year ago. My reception has stopped functioning. The sound quality is very poor. Usually my call drops after about 15 minutes, possibly again when I call back. I have contacted them about it. They said it was not their fault and they would not solve it. By the way, getting a person on the phone can take upwards of 30 minutes and they do not staff their chat function after hours. I bought a second phone from Apple, hoping it would get better, and it has not.

No customer service. No tech support. NONE! How do they stay in business?

I am in a nightmare with Credo. I have autopay, have been for 25 years, but they didn't use it this month and suspended my service anyway. I have spent 8 hours on the phone trying to get reconnected and no one will help me. I can't transfer my number til I am reconnected. And they have my cc# so I have to transfer the number. They never get back to me,,,the latest is waiting for a supervisor who said he'd send his email but he hasn't. I have to wait an hour before being connected to an agent, and then am often disconnected. Now I've been banned from the website and can't even get into a queue to call. I will leave them as soon as possible.

I was a loyal Working Assets customer for years, then left only because my brother included me on his AT&T family plan. A year and a half ago I signed up with Credo, which has been a poor experience. Half the time I can’t get online and the fees are very high. Then a week ago I discovered that Verizon had given my long-time phone number to someone else! Credo was no help, despite several emails begging for assistance. I’m dumping them and moving to T-mobile.

I changed my mobile service to Credo, one month ago and went back to my old reliable cell phone service today. What a monetary nightmare, Credo presents. Wow. What was suppose to be a better deal,in several ways....became a 50% increase in my monthly bill. Plus, I couldn't get good reception. After you sign up and they gotcha, you will find the customer service is unreliable, interrupted, 15 minute waits and unresolved issues. They seem to be very corrupt once they have you sold on the charity scam. Its pretty much a fraud, to sell you a upgraded phone and not get good service, for double the price. They will not stop trying to up sell up. They owe me $100.00, but I can't seem to get through to them by phone, text, email. Dont do it. Don't buy into the scam. Go back to giving to your own charities as you will. There's no evidence they even do it. I can't get into my account to retrieve my Cc information. They have blocked me from all communications. They hung up on me, when I informed them that I left to go back to my old company. See why I need to leave a review. A Fraudulent Company. Don't do it. Give to your own charities. Ill save $50.00 by switching back to my other service provider. Good Luck. Don't do it. Ok.
