The fabric is lovely however if someone takes a wad of cash from you and leaves you with nothing to show for it, you struggle to vote them highly. However, when I ordered a King size it turned out to be a US, not a UK King so it is absolutely MASSIVE. There were no dimension on the website against which I could check. I was told I could not exchange, only send it back for a refund and order a new one, which would take too long (it took 3 weeks to ship to the UK initially). They did offer to waive the restocking fee (a restocking fee which shouldn't actually exist). So I am stuck with a HUGE unusable sheet that was quite expensive.

Ridiculous. Received $300+sheets in cheap plastic packaging that surprised me given the price, and the sheets themselves were SO shoddy that I'd have returned them if I paid $40 on Amazon - threads hanging in multiple places, seams coming apart, creases sewn in. To return online says 3% of cost or 11.99 shipping will be charged. No way, Called customer service (literally within an hour of receiving the package), they told me to file a "warranty claim." So I did and sent pictures CLEARLY SHOWING the issues. ten minutes later I get an email saying my "claim" is denied (??) w/a message that says "just pull the threads out, it's normal." WHAT???? So I send an email to customer service demanding either a replacement or my money back. I'm told that I need to send the sheets I received in for "inspection" which will take "7-14 business days" and then will be "processed"to be eligible for a replacement. .. in total, about month later. OMG, I just asked for a refund, I don't trust this place. Same process... And then I might get a refund if the sheets pass "inspection". ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? What are you "inspecting" with a return poor quality product? "Inspect" your product before shipping it! If I could add the photos of the sheets I received here, I would, because this is unreal, so absurd. i'm floored that they can get away with this. This place is a SCAM.

Absolutely love my Cozy Earth comforter soft, luxurious, and worth every penny. What impressed me even more was the fast and hassle free claim for my fitted sheet... Huge thanks to Sara for her exceptional customer service she was efficient, and truly went above and beyond. She’s also very knowledgeable when it comes to membership queries... She definitely deserves a a raise!

SCAM!! Avoid. They do not honor their return policy. First of all I ordered 12 towels and they only sent me 8 and after going back-and-forth with them several times on email, they will not honor the fact that they did not send me these towels. They claimed that they have proof that they sent all of the towels, but they would not provide me with any type of proof. Shady. So then I tried to file to return the towels that I did receive, and it says “these are in eligible for return.” I’m totally within the time. To return, their policy states that you can return towels even after they’ve been used which these have not, and they said nothing about being final sale when I purchased them.

This was my first purchase with Cozy Earth, and unfortunately it left a very disappointing impression. I ordered a $700+ bedding bundle but received the wrong sheet set. Although customer service was polite, I was required to return the incorrect item and wait an additional two weeks for the correct one, with no goodwill credit or accommodation offered for their mistake. For a brand positioned as premium, I expected a smoother and more customer-focused resolution. The product may be high quality, but the service did not match the price or reputation.

As a first time customer, I just discovered their ridiculous return policy, 11% even on clothing items!!! As a regular online shopper, I have not encountered any company who does that. How do they expect people to purchase clothing from them online? I will never purchase from them again and neither will I purchase any bedding no matter how nice they are because their customer service is absolutely not customer friendly.

Top-notch experience! Everyone in my family including me received cozy earth clothing for Christmas! They all LOVED the feel and fit. High quality and washes well. Will definitely be purchasing more for gifts in the future. Customer service took care of business in record time. You don't see this level of personal attention often—10 stars from my family!!

Worse Company Ever !! Three sets of sheets and each set pilled awful!! They try to suck you in with warranty and tell you to discard sheets! After 3 times I wanted my money back I washed sheets donated two sets and sent set back for refund still waiting two weeks later ! Do yourself a favor if do order anything, Correspond through email for proof because they all tell you different things on phone and most I spoke to were Rude!! I have cotton sheets that I can’t use but were my daughters from College!! 10 years and no Pills !! Again do you’re own research but be ware !!
