I went to their website, I had to spin a wheel and they gave me $50 off my first order over $100. They took my email address and cell number and gave me a code that did not work. After dealing with their offshore customer service people, I was told the purchase had to be $100 before taxes, shipping and after the discount. In the 45 minutes since I have given them my private data I have received 5 text messages.

I just received my sheets. When I opened the package I almost threw up! They have the strongest chemical smell! I’ll wash them but will send them back if they still smell! I guess that’s what I should expect from China! I’ll only buy from USA from now on

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased a set of limited edition king size sheets (Ebony Stripe) on 11/13/25. I followed their care instructions. On 2/5/26 (not even 3 months) I contacted Cozy Earth because one of the corner pockets had a substantial tear. They accepted my claim and stated it would take 1 to 2 weeks to receive the new sheet. Imagine when on 2/28/26 I received a notice that the claim was denied due to it being out of stock. So I contacted them again and was told to sign up for the "Notify Me" list, which I did. On 3/4/26 the sheet was available on line but I was not notified. When I contacted them, they said that it was no longer available and offered me a different color. Why would I want a plain fitted sheet with a striped top sheet and pillowcases? I have periodically checked and the king sheet is available online, including today which is 5/10/26, and still I've heard nothing. I wish that I would have just returned the sheets for a refund since it was under 90 days.

Well I haven’t actually gotten to use the sheets yet but this is for the shopping experience. I ordered sheets (and they are not cheap). They were able to ship overnight so I was ecstatic. Got the sheets, opened the box and there is this yellow stain on them. So I called to initiate a return and she said she has to start a warranty claim. What?? Warranty? Are they going to clean the dirty sheets they sent me? So confused. At the end she said she’ll process the return but they have to get them back and then they can ship out a new set…in 2-3 weeks. Amazon it is next time. These are bed sheets. It shouldn’t be this hard.

Update...cozy earth leadership reached out to me and did everything they could do to make things right. Even though i did not receive the package on time for mother day, my mom still freaking loved the clothes. The quality and softness is always top teir. My mother in law also loved her clothes, although i did have to exchange for a different size. That process was still free, btw.. Thank you cozy earth. When i can afford the splurge, your still my go to brand........ I have purchased quite a few things from cozy earth over the years. Product quality has always been good. My most recent purchase was on 4 /27 during their mother's day sale. A few days later, I convinced my husband he should buy his mother her present from cozy earth. He placed his order. About a week later, his order arrived but mine still had not. I checked the tracking and seen that my order had not moved since the initial order. I contacted customer service. The AI representative told me it's all still in the time frame wait a few more days. Four days later I check. Still no movement. Email again. Sean emails me back and tells me to wait some more. THIS IS A MOTHERS DAY GIFT from a luxury brand, and I have to wait until after mother's day to get this reshipped?? There would have been plenty of time to get my mother her gifts on time. After the fact, I read on their website that exchanges on clothing are no longer free and that if I do have to use the shipping protection that I paid for, my items are no longer eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. I am actually shocked with all their policy changes. I understand stuff happens but this is not the customer service I expect from a "luxury brand."

I had ordered the women's Always pants. I love them . The fit is true to size. After a few washes the elastic encased in the waistband flipped and twisted within the waistband. I contacted customer service. They quickly responded and reviewed the warranty. Another pair is coming in the mail. Great service and I really love these pants.

I ORDERED THE STRIPPED NAVY BLUE QUEEN SHEETS AND WAS EXCITED TO GET THEM. WHEN I WENT TO PUT THEM ON THE BED WHEN I OPENED THEM I FOUND THEY WERE SOLID PACIFIC BLUE. THEY ONLY THING STRIPPED WAS THE CLOTH BAG THEY COME IN! I FEEL THIS BUSINESS PRACTICE IS VERY DECEITFUL! DO BETTER COZY EARTH!

I was thrilled with how soft the sheets were, but sadly, one was missing from the set. I called CE’s customer support number and was assisted by a very helpful AI support agent, who immediately dealt with my problem with a follow up email and outlined what next steps would look like — VERY impressive for AI tech, IMHO. I reordered the sheet set knowing I’ll receive my refund, and I can’t wait to get Cozy.
