I love the sleepwear and just ordered my second set. It arrived quickly and I'm very happy. The material is cool and comfortable--I always look forward to wearing them! Sizing is good, too. The pants are a bit long for my short self, but I can hike them up.

Cozy Earth has a few gotchas that online shoppers probably aren't used to, namely adding charges automatically to shopping carts for insurance and charging healthy restocking fees. "Return shipping is free" should really say "you pay a $12 restocking fee." However, when I reviewed this online, customer service made me deal with a large number of very polite bots who did not give up until I was satisfied -- and they provided some policy exceptions. This is how AI should work... to make customers happy, not just to reply with an unhelpful reply.
