I was not happy about the so called "restocking" fee of $11.99 or 3% on RETURNED merchandise. As much as merchandise costs at Cozy Earth, I would think you wouldn't need to hold back part of a customers refund. Also, I have found that your sizing in your clothing and sheets is not consistent, which require more returns. Therefore, I doubt I will be ordering from Cozy Earth again.

I used to be a loyal Cozy Earth customer and appreciated the quality of the products and the customer service I received when I called. That experience has changed. I’ve called repeatedly and haven’t been able to reach a representative I can easily communicate with. I asked for a callback from a U.S.-based representative, but no one called me. When I contacted Cozy Earth by email, I was told that a U.S.-based representative isn’t available. I’m also unhappy with the two pairs of Everywhere pants I bought, one navy and one black. The elastic in both waistbands twists and bunches up, even when I try to straighten it, making the pants very uncomfortable. I rarely wear them because of this. Between the product problem and the customer service experience, I’m disappointed in how far Cozy Earth has fallen from the company I used to enjoy buying from.

i purchased a sheet set. The fitted sheet got completely ‘pilled’ and it was replaced after I sent pictures. Unfortunately the new replacement sheet's dye lot is so different from my original sheets (flat and pillow cases) that the set looks. terrible when on the bed. Customer service said that what happens when different lots and nothing else they can do! How about take the set back and supply a new one???

Great products but the annual membership is miserable. Never works right and having to reach out for support is annoying. Customer service is not very helpful. I canceled my membership halfway through the year it was so bad. It ruined their products for me.

While I have had good products from Cozy Earth, I am very disappointed in the sheets I purchased. I have had them for less than a year and they have ripped apart in two places. And since I bought them on the last chance sale, they will not replace them. This comes even after all of their ads promoting last chance sales tend to mention the lifetime warranty, even though the products being promoted dont qualify. I have canceled my membership moving forward as the cost of the sheets that have already been ruined do not outweigh the benefits given

I was a loyal customer for years. The promotions, membership benefits, the products, customer service, and entire experience has gone so far downhill. I only place orders to use my monthly credit before it goes to waste. Once the membership year is over, I am done.

I have mixed feelings on products. My husband loves bamboo lounge joggers & everyday pants & shorts. I am sorely disappointed in the bamboo sheets. They pill and ripped at seams and for the cost I would say never to purchase.

I love the fabric: soft, muted colors, comfortable. But in my opinion the sizes run just a bit small. So unfortunately I have had to make exchanges. And that’s where the two stars come in. Great product but terrible return process. I dropped a dress at Kohls to be returned and exchanged. That was 18 days ago or 14 business days. Nothing. They are still processing the return. That’s unacceptable in my opinion.
