I ordered two pair of shorts. One pair seems fine, but the other one has a huge hole in the pocket, rendering it useless.

I love some of their products. Their bamboo something-a-rather sweatpant is amazing, though I haven't washed it yet (we will see how it holds up). There bamboo viscose sheets are amazingly soft to crawl into (why I love the joggers too), but I am not happy with quality and their return policy is such a pain. So bad that it forced me to buy a third pair of joggers I didn't need because they made mistakes in telling me what I needed to do to return my joggers (sizing is really awkard, another issue). Even after they acknowledged their own mistake, they wouldn't take back the pair of pants. I bought a pullover but the sizing is so awkward - too big in the body and super short in the arms. The shorts fit weird too. It's such a crap shoot with them that I can't say they are worth the price and you shouldn't have to spend almost $200 for a membership to not be able to trust what you are buying. I have their bamboo sheets and pilling is a huge problem. two pillow cases and a sheet (that's 3 items out of the 5) that have serious pilling issues. I have had them for 5 weeks. I am sure there has to be companies out there doing this better and have soft products too. (As an update, they contacted me re: this review and have done a pretty good job of making this right. I still don't know if i trust their products but they have at least made it so I can give it another chance. I tend to stick with companies who want to make it right, and they do/did.)

I ordered a skirt to take on a trip. While ordering the ETA was a week before my trip departure time. As soon as I completed my order the ETA was updated to a week after my trip departure time. I was flustered that the ETA could change so drastically. Fortunately the skirt arrived as originally scheduled. I took the skirt on the trip. It’s very comfortable & packs great. However, I have found out it’s very slow to dry. Probably not the best choice for a travel skirt.

I love the products however the ordering and return process is challenging. I have a ‘membership’ and am supposed to have free shipping and returns. What they don’t share is that there’s a ‘processing fee’ of $11 for a return. For an online store they make buying challenging when something doesn’t fit. Very disappointing.

Quality products at pricing which is at the high end. Exchange policy stinks - ordered sweat pants for my wife's birthday a couple of months ahead of her birthday. Turns out the pants were too large and wanted to exchange for a smaller size but Cozy was flat out sticking to their restrictive exchange policy. We were members having bought a lot of items over the years before - but cancelled our membership immediately after dealing with their customer service on this issue. Lost a customer for life.

Super soft and lightweight for sleeping. My only issue is that the light pink is a little see-through, so I wish the fabric was slightly thicker.

My return was lost for over a month with an exchange expected. I reached out multiple times and was given no update due to utilizing a boxless return. Eventually it was escalated after it was suddenly deemed "lost" however the echange items I had wanted were no longer available, and I had to pick a backup. For having my money tied up for over a month and not getting the product I wanted in return, overall this experience was poor. The product is nice but CE needs a better way of tracking returns and reserving product once it's selected for an exchange.

I was able to get a live person rather than AI with a problem I had, which is a welcome change these days. And that live person was kind, patient and able to fix the problem. That being said, it was beyond frustrating that I had gotten a discount code from this company that had expired two days before and when I tried to use it, I couldn’t. It took way too long to fix this issue, and I almost didn’t buy their product because of it. If it hadn’t been for this wonderful employee, I would never have bought another thing from this company.
