Cozy Earth has lived up to their quality commitment by just sending an immediate replacement for an order misdirected by the USPS. Bamboo sheets are all I use for 3 bedrooms!

It has been weeks since I mailed back my item for an exchange and I have also not received the new item or a shipping notice for it. No idea where it went. When I tried to process the exchange myself on the website I keep running into bugs and a support person had to walk me through the exchange, but I'm not sure it was ever processed. Very frustrating.

The customer service experience was top-notch, they were prompt and thorough in their responses. Unfortunately, they product itself has been disappointing. The first set of sheets I received faded after one wash (following the care instructions exactly as stated on the tags) and had small tears and pilling. This fell under warranty and was replaced. The replacement set had the exact same issues. I didn't even reach out to customer service a second time as I expected the same thing to happen again. The bamboo sheets are quite soft and cooling, the quality though does not seem high enough given the price. Perhaps I was unlucky and got two defective sets, but feel like it's not a coincidence. Again, their customer service was great, one of the best experiences I've had, the product just let the people down.

I purchased bamboo sheets and pillowcases for a very deep mattress and they fit perfectly. The sheets are wonderfully soft. I also dealt with customer service when I received an email offer for $50 off 5 minutes after placing my order. They were very helpful and I received a refund for the $50 that same day. I’m very pleased with my purchase, the shopping experience, and the customer service at Cozy Earth.

Customer Support Team was incredibly easy to get ahold of, a real live person!! They solved my issue within minutes!!! The 10 uear replacement guarantee is 100% accurate so far. I had two queen sized bamboo viscous duvet covers that had ripped even thought i always wash & cared for them exactly as stated. I was able to get replacements for both within a week!!! Absolutely fantastic!!!

After my last purchase, around $450, several weeks ago, I will no longer be a cozy earth customer. I think I've been buying from them for about five years and I've spent a couple thousand at least. I have a duvet cover, probably 12 pillowcases, probably 4 to 6 sheets, and a down blanket and then probably 10 articles of clothing or more. I love their sheets and I loved some of their clothing items, I have 5 or 6 pullovers, and I appreciate that there's a warranty fire materials protecting against piling for 10 years, as I needed to take advantage of that warranty one time and had zero problems doing it- so that's great. However, between some of the confusing washing instructions/ issues and now learning that there is a restocking fee for returns is my last straw. I will have to pay 25% of the purchase cost for an item I need to return for a restocking fee. It's BS. So it's either 3% or $12, whatever is larger. Ridiculous. I'm not sure I've ever even made a return in all the stuff I've bought. If people are taking advantage, then make the people who take advantage pay. But it's just obvious that they are to that point where money means more than anything else. And I just bought a $120 therma? down blanket and you have to either dry clean it or, as their very vague instructions go, you have to use a 'rinse only cycle' with no agitation. No spin. So I'm not sure, but it sounds like you have to wring it out by hand at that point and then hang it up to dry?! So you have to find a place to hang up a full-size blanket to dry somewhere.. I don't even have an outside space to do that. So I have to pay $25 to dry clean it before I can even use it because a rinse only cycle with no agitation is not even possible on my washer. I don't ever use blankets or clothes or anything new without washing it first, and it sounded a bit like that's what I was being encouraged to do. Plus, it took several customer service interactions to get to that point because the washing instructions are either inconsistent or vague (or both) across all of their product lines. With way too many quality competitors in the niche these days, I don't have to stay a customer to find similar products. Promo codes and sales are few and far between. When they say they have a sale, it's not a real sale when an item is that price half the time. Otherwise though, their sheets and pillowcases are nice. They're perfect in the beginning but they inevitably become less silky and the one big issue I have with their bedding is the fact that you have to be very careful how you wash the sheets and pillowcases and you have to check them before you dry them- because half the time I must wash them twice because if they get a little detergent on them, it won't always wash out when having to do a delicate load. So I don't even use detergent for half of the sheets that I wash so I have nice sheets for company and stuff. They look gross after awhile and stained up but it happens somewhere in the wash. The first couple of sheet sets that I bought stained much easier than the sheets I've bought in the last year, so I assume something changed but it still does happen occasionally. I think that since the wash and dry instructions have changed, the sheets become dull faster.
