Most of my items have ripped at some point. If you have a color they stock, then they will replace it, but not special colors. The bubble blanket ripped and they suddenly said I had to return it, even though their warranty does not list any items that would need to be returned. They are violating federal warranty law by selectively deciding what you have to return to them.

Cozy Earth couldn’t have been more responsive or helpful in getting my order to me after it was misplaced in shipping. They also corrected what had been on packaging sheets and got missing items to me quickly.

Ordered sheets from this company. The sheets were soft. Within a month of use, washing on delicate, the sheets had ripped a hole in the seam. The return has been an absolute nightmare. It's been three months, no replacement and no refund. Would absolutely not use this company again if they paid me.

Cozy Earth not only has incredible products but incredible customer service as well! I had an issue with an order that was a gift and they were extremely communicative and resolved the issue quickly. I will be a lifelong customer.

Beware! The CozyEarth Double Cuddle blanket is very beautiful -- but very heavy. Petite ladies, be warned -- if you don't work out at the gym regularly you may not be able to lift this blanket. :) Seriously, I had to return my Double Cuddle because of the weight and the customer service folks couldn't have been nicer. I'm looking forward to buying a regular Double Cuddle this season and don't anticipate any problems with that. Looking forward to it! Thanks, Cozy Earth.

I love Cozy Earth products - especially pajamas and loungewear. I have several colors in each and they continue to be as cozy and comfortable wash after wash. I wanted to share my experiences with customer service : I have found them to be prompt in answering email messages and always very helpful when I’ve had a problem. Returns and exchanges have always been easy. Occasionally an item has taken a bit longer than I thought to arrive, but I’ve noticed it with other companies as well and feel the problem lies with our local postal service - it’s a nightmare sometimes the way things are routed. I stand by my 5 star rating - this is one of my favorite companies! And sale prices/stacking help with the affordability when that is an issue. Thank you, Cozy Earth!!

I was very disappointed when my pillow case split. I bought the sheet set 8 months ago. I thought I was stuck , but when I contacted Cozy Earth they were very nice, responsive to my issue, and said they would replace the defectrive item! They sent me a PAIR of new pillow cases! I love their products, mostly because I love their fabrics. I am very happy at their replacement!

I was surprised by the overall ratings based on my experiences as a new and now frequent repeat customer. From my experiences the product quality is definitely five stars; smartly monitoring and combining credits, discount codes and items on sale can make pricing reasonable; and customer support has been prompt, professional, and efficient when I have had to swap out items for smaller sizes.
