Cozy EarthReviews of cozyearth.com

Love the top and shorts. Beautiful design and quality. For some questions customer service was extremely helpful.

When I had a return issue, customer service was very helpful and very communicative all the way through the process!

My first customer service experience was with an AI bot which was completely useless. When a human stepped in, it was much improved. Overall, I love the quality and feel of Cozy Earth’s products. I have the bamboo sheet set, mattress pad, and protector. I would not order the mattress pad again because the care Is more high maintenance than I prefer.

Cozy Earth has very good quality merchandise. I had a problem with a delivery through our post office & a very helpful agent helped me get my package back.

Love love love cozy earth. They are of course AMAZING sheets but the help they provide is unmatched. A company that purely focuses on customer experience.

The sheets show up and feel great, but that is the extent of the great part. Returning items is a nightmare and you are going to be charged extra for everything, unless it is a straight exchange for something they have in stock. But most of the colors and items you want are out of stock. They will 'offer' instore credit, but if you make an exchange and the item was on sale 100% the exchange item is not on sale and they will charge you the difference. A lot of bs bait and switch type tactics. They will pretend to bend over backwards to make you happy, the problem is they just don't have the items you need in stock and then their 'hands are tied'... I would not go this route.

Bought king sheets/comforter for girlfriend. The zipper on comforter started to tear. Sent the pics they asked for and immediately processed a return. Her color was limited time purchase, so had to choose another. The rep did a great job breaking down which color would go good with her sheet set so it didn’t clash. Very helpful and quick to provide a resolution. Exceptional customer service to match really terrific sheets/comforter.

I love cozy earth! I have purchased many items and multiple times from them. Most recently, I ordered the wrong item and emailed customer service before my order was packed and shipped. They were super quick to respond and updated my order to what I actually wanted. It was a great customer service experience. Everything I have gotten from them is high quality and washes and wears well.
