I purchase a sheet set and washed it prior to putting on my bed. The flat sheet had loose threads. I reached out to them and they replaced it right away. The sheets help me stay cool at night due to night sweats!

I had a bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction over 15 years ago. I have neuropathy and muscle spasms at the surgery sites and don't tolerate most bras. The cozy earth bra is soft and I'm tolerating the elastic band. I am hoping the band softens more over time but the main fabric is very soft and comfortable.

Beats any luxury towel I have ever purchased. Soft, fluffy, perfect large sizing on each item (purchased many), washes well. Highly recommend.

I liked the pajama shorts I bought but had to return some other items. The return process is harder than most companies. You have to be persistent to jump through hoops as they try to push an exchange. My biggest complaint is the high cost of returning, i.e. $11-12, which can be a high percentage of the price for some items. This would dissuade me from future purchases.

I washed sheets in woolite with cold water on delicate cycle and they have white spots all over them. I have purchased much cheaper sheets that hold up better than these. Do not waste your money

I purchased a sheet set from Cozy Earth and I loved the feel of the sheets, they were so nice! My husband was not a fan, plus the color wasn't quite right for our bedroom decor. It was easy to return them and although it took several weeks to get my return and they took out a deduction for a "restocking fee," I did receive periodic updates about my order and the progress of my return, which I appreciated.
