Cozy EarthReviews of cozyearth.com

Beware when ordering clothing online. If it doesn’t fit you are paying for return shipping and a “restocking” fee. In my case I had a pair of underwear that was too big, I returned it and about 33% of the price went to restocking and shipping it back. We love the bed sheets since they have standard sizes. I would be careful on ordering any clothing. Try other bamboo retailers!

I placed an order based on the recommendation of friends and family. I absolutely love the product. My sheets are so incredibly soft! I’ve had them for six months now waited to write the review so I could give an accurate one. To equally match the quality of the product is their customer service. You speak with someone directly from the company quickly and effortlessly. I’m definitely going to be a customer and cannot recommend them enough!

These pants are SO comfortable! The best part is how incredibly soft they are—it honestly feels like you’re not even wearing anything. I’m only 5'2", so they do run a little long on me, but I actually love the extra length. The material is great quality, and they’re perfect for lounging or everyday wear. Definitely one of my favorite pairs of pants!

Your customer service is impeccable and the products are top quality

Their bedding is nice enough and they have a good warranty program. Their clothes on the other hand are poor quality and their customer service is nonexistent. I purchased two shirts of the same type and both became extremely discolored after washing once on gentle, cold cycle and air drying. I reached out to customer service and they basically said tough luck. I do not recommend their clothes to anyone.

I love this company and their products. I ordered several sets of the bedding several years ago (I think in 2022). After experiencing some major life events, I recently went to open my last set (which I had saved)and found that instead of split king fitted sheets, it contained only one king fitted sheet. I emailed the company explaining my situation and asked if it would be possible to exchange the king fitted sheet for 2 XL fitted sheets for my split king bed. I received a response within hours and the next day a person from customer service called me personally to tell me that they were sending me the 2 replacement sheets, at no cost to me. They arrived within 3 days. This is a company that stands behind their products and their customers.

Big fan of Cozy Earth! I bought the bamboo sheets, they are soft and the perfect mix of warm when you need it but cool in the summer. The original bed sheet I purchased ended up getting about 3 small pulls/tears in the fabric after a few months. I requested a replacement and the customer service was quick to respond and replace the damaged sheet. Despite that issue, really happy with sheets and support.

I was able to work with "Sarah" via email to exchange a Cozy Earth skirt for a smaller size. She was wonderful in communicating efficiently and politely. The entire experience was positive. Plus I love my new Cozy earth skirt. Perfect for travel.
