I got a follow up email update regarding my issues with my return proactively

I had issues with shipping. I emailed cozy support and I got a quick response. Lorenzo took care of it right away. Nice to have a company that really cares.

Contacted Cozy Earth after finding that the snaps on a couple of the fasteners on the inside of the duvet cover were missing. I took pics, sent them to the company and the problem was taken care of in a few hours and a new cover is on the way. Customer service was quickly responsive and the issue was resolved in a professional manner. I can hardly wait to fall asleep tonight in our new soft bedding! ZZZ

I was able to get a live person rather than AI with a problem I had, which is a welcome change these days. And that live person was kind, patient and able to fix the problem. That being said, it was beyond frustrating that I had gotten a discount code from this company that had expired two days before and when I tried to use it, I couldn’t. It took way too long to fix this issue, and I almost didn’t buy their product because of it. If it hadn’t been for this wonderful employee, I would never have bought another thing from this company.

Easy to order and if there is any concern they address it immediately. The cozy earth joggers, sweatshirts and long sleeve shirts are the best!!

I had some concerns with my cozy earth sheets and the company couldn't have been any better in helping me. I have never received such hands on concern when having a question or issue with a item i purchased. Alls well that ends well with this company. Highly recommend.
