They went above the call to accommodate me.

Customer Service was very helpful in resolving a price concern I had with a purchase. Went above and beyond. Love the Cozy Earth items I have and will continue to use this site. Highly Rey

Cozy Earth has been AMAZING! Love their sheet sets and pillow cases, so soft and durable and cooling!!! I can't recommend them more. I loved them so much they went on our wedding registry! Also - their customer service! Had a weird glitch when a package was delivered for my wedding registry, and they helped send another sheet set to me with proper security measures to make sure it arrived to me appropriately!

Besides the sheets & towels & clothes being so incredibly soft & quality & comfortable, the customer service was spectacular too! I messed up on sizing for an order of clothes and they fixed the order.

Exceptional quality and remarkably soft material! The customer support team was also incredibly helpful and responsive when I needed assistance. Highly recommend Cozy Earth products and their wonderful service.

I purchased a product that was nothing like what I expected. First, I need to share that I have bought 3 sets of PJs from Cosy Earth before and was a very happy customer. Then I bought the cooling PJ set. The shorts were not good. I gave a rating, and Cosy Earth contacted me. We spoke via email, and I was able to send them back and receive a store credit. I was very happy with entire customer service experience.

I love these Women's First Layer pj's. Best I've ever owned. Luxurious & cool. They feel so good on the skin. Customer service was good, also. Ordered an extra bottom by mistake & was able to return it.

The best customer service I have ever experienced!!!!! My issue was resolved so quickly and with such care to be sure I was completely satisfied with the solution. Top notch!!!!!
