This is my second review updated to reflect the excellent customer service I received following my 3 star review. Although the sheets are very soft and nicely hemmed, we found the top sheet skimpy with my husband and I fighting for enough cover. I didn’t find the measurements to confirm the size. However, I received an email asking for more details. When I responded I included that I’d return the sheets if I could because I thought I was past the deadline. The agent checked and found I was eligible to return and asked if I was interested. After a couple emails I said yes and received a mailing label. I mailed today and expect a refund.

Cozy earth sheets are so comfortable and stay cool. They also have the best customer service, that takes care of any issue quickly. I now have cozy earth sheets on every bed in my house and my go to gift!

I’ve been a Cozy Earth fan ever since receiving their Luxe Bath Bundle as a gift from a friend, and I’ve been hooked ever since. I now have Cozy Earth bedding throughout my home, including the bamboo comforter for spring and summer, the silk comforter for fall and winter, silk pillows, bamboo sheet bundles, and bamboo duvet covers. Cozy Earth is definitely an investment, but I can honestly say I’ve never slept better. I recently had my first warranty experience with Cozy Earth after pulling my almost two-year-old bamboo duvet cover out of the dryer and discovering a strange rip. I submitted a warranty claim with photos and, to my surprise, received a response the very next day asking what color I would like for my replacement. Some companies advertise impressive warranties and then seem to do everything they can to avoid honoring them. That was absolutely not my experience with Cozy Earth. They stood behind their product, made the process incredibly easy, and exceeded my expectations. The quality, comfort, and customer service really are superior in every way. I cannot recommend Cozy Earth enough! 🤍

I had a really helpful individual who was able to honor the discounts and code. He even went with my requested carrier of UPS so I can easily reroute delivery is needed. Great company and amazing customer service.

The customer service I received from Sean with Cozy Earth was outstanding! If I wasn’t already a returning customer, I would definitely be now. I will not hesitate to buy CE again thanks to the support received when I had a warranty claim.
