We love our Cozy Earth sheets. We have had them since 2019. We noticed a rip near the tag at the bottom of the flat sheet this morning. I called and within 5 minutes they had me upload a picture of the tag and tear, and after a couple more minutes I received a text with an order number and confirmation that my new flat sheet would be sent. This type of customer service is what keeps us going back to Cozy Earth. I believe you get what you pay for, and with this company I truly believe you get more! Best sheets ever along with the best customer service - wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Towels are overpriced and underwhelming. They don’t dry you well, which in my opinion, is important for a towel. They did allow us to return them, but we had to pay a restocking fee. I don’t recommend this product

customer service representative didnt read my emails properly, then accused me off fraud with no evidance and when given reasonable explanation left me on read.

First of all, I absolutely LOVE these sheets! We plan on buying 2 more sets. My son wants one and we want to add them to our guest room, as well. We had a tear, at the seam of the fitted sheet, and when I notified Cozy Earth, they immediately responded and got a replacement sent out to me! I honestly can’t believe how great their customer service is! It confirmed that I WILL make my other 2 purchases, because I appreciate great customer service!

The agent was outstanding.He followed with a return fedex and understood that the pants length was wrong What I’m confused about is that you charged me for the order and haven’t redelivered the new ones That’s disappointing

I ordered the wrong size and they couldn't be more helpful and personable. the slippers are beyond fantastic, and I look forward to my new size pj's, the quality of the wrong size was beyond amazing, so I can't wait! thank you all so very much.

Happy that they were replacing our sheets until I received it today. Only one fitted sheet. Both had pilled! Only one had come apart at the corner. Guess more than some companies would do.
