I had an issue with the sheets that I had ordered years ago. True to their word, they replaced the sheet as soon as my claim was made….Customer service is simply fantastic!

Not only is the quality of Cozy Earth outstanding, the customer service is amazing. I had an issue with a delivery and within an hour, on a Sunday!! It was promptly and efficiently handled with polite service! Stellar customer service and support!!

Excellent customer service. We ordered some sheets. After 1 wash we noticed the thread in one of the corners on the flat sheet had come undone, so we contacted cozy earth and they provided us a simple form, attached a photo and within a few days we had our new sheet. High rating for their customer service and beautifully soft, cooling sheets. Bamboo and soft cotton

An incredibly positive experience during the transaction. When a hiccup occurred the Cosy Earth AI Bot was quite resourceful in identifying and concurring the issue was with their correspondence. A connection was almost instantly made to a human who then made the financial adjustment. Incredible Customer Service and this sets the standards on how AI-Bots and companies should work together for customer satisfaction. The sheets have not yet been received and perhaps the cost was high but with this kind of customer service, I am incredibly happy!!!!
