I ordered 6 dozen mugs for my church. They came with the stated time frame. There were 2 (of 72) that were cracked. They were replaced immediately after I called Cooks Direct. Very happy with the purchase.

I love the cooking show. The recipes are great, The people are great. I ordered the cookbook, and that is great. However, I signed up for the on-line version so I could just print out the recipe and it's more trouble than it's worth. Every time I look for a particular recipe, it tells me "sorry, you need to sign up for a better version and pay more money for that".

Thanks for the comments, David. We are however a bit confused as to the comments you made regarding the books/recipes as your order did not have any recipe cookbooks on it nor do we normally sell any cookbook recipe books! Maybe there was a confusion with another site that you purchased from? We'd love to hear about your experience with the stock pot and thermometer that you purchased from www.cooksdirect.com if you have a minute!

Article arrived sooner than expected, but has rust on surface and I may be returning it. However, there was no info on return policy in packaging.
