Aside from selling great products, their customer service beats any other business. They went extra mile to replace the product I received that was damaged most likely due to transportation. I'm extremely satified and I plan on purchasing products from them near in the future. We need more businesses like cook's direct!

I had bought these bags from another company and I paid much more and waited months for delivery. You folks did a wonderful job!!

I called to make sure the Gold Medal nacho cheese warmer was in stock before I placed the order. The rep called the warehouse to verify in stocks. It was indeed there. Placed the order in May and then told it is back ordered until the end of July. Highly disappointed.

I bought an induction cook top on Cooks Direct to replace a dead unit. I have come to expect quick delivery on internet orders, and hoped for a speedy replacement. When there was no unit or shipment information after a week, I called and was told that it would ship in a couple more weeks. It ended up arriving the following week (a bit over two weeks after ordering it). The cook top was fine and what I ordered. The price was good. Just don't order here if you need it right away.
