I've had a few hiccups during the startup, but they've been honest and transparent about their process. This definitely seems like a company that is learning from their mistakes, and will improve over time. I intend to continue using Compass to host my miners.

They stopped answering my emails. My machine only worked for a month, and now is almost 3 months with no fixing. Now they are not even answering my emails. I feel desperate. Basically I lost 16k, money that I took over 7 years to collect. And they don't even think is their responsibility to keep the machines working, they just sell it.

I have GPU mined for some time but this was my first ASIC purchase. Compass is a legitimate company with competitively priced machines. It will take 3-4 weeks as they say to get the machine but mine was received in perfect condition in solid packaging. They have my future business!

My ASIC bought trough Compass Mining was delayed. A frustrating experience. But I got good and precise answers and help from their costumer service by Jesus Guillen. That's what you are looking for from a company when things don't go as planned. Looking forward to getting my 1st machine up and hashing.
