I bought my miner on August 3rd and it was supposed to be installed on December 31. It is end of March and my miner is still not online. Finally my miner got online is making money, so I'll raise my rating. Also, please check the spam since most the emails I received from them went there.

I've been with compass mining for about 2 years now and I've had a excellent experience with them. If I have a miner that is under hashing David McGrane has been there to help and we are able to get them back to 100% in no time. couldn't have gone with a better company!
