I've been impressed with EVERY encounter with the Compass team. Most impressed with their helpfulness, knowledge, and enthusiasm to help us newbies get off to a good start. Last encounter was with Tech Support specialist Nathaniel Kelley, who carefully reviewed my setup, gave me some helpful information and was very professional. Thanks Compass team!

Shout out today to Erick Smith for assisting me with my support ticket. Kudos to everyone with the Ops team, they are awesome!! Every time I have a miner go offline, they have responded quickly and have the rig back online and hashing relatively fast.

Nathaniel Kelley provided stellar service. I needed advice on choosing and joining a miner pool. Nathaniel's email was easy to follow and all the links were functioning as they should have. I no doubt will have follow-up questions and feel confident that he will be able to help as I go about my own learning process.

Purchased hosting services in in August to be up and running by December. Fast forward to March 2022 and I can't get a clear answer on when my miner will be installed. Each time I request an update from support they tell me it will be live within a week... wish I could upload screenshots of these emails because it's unbelievable... Not sure if they just collect payment, reinvest your money, and feed you a story about delays to hold your money as long as possible Update 4/11: Team reached out 3/31 saying miners are almost ready for deployment. Still nothing but email updates, telling me it will go live soon. With the start of April, it's now a 4 month delay. We are getting hosting credits for each delay, although minor compared to the cost of the delay.

Jesus contacted me this morning and provided excellent customer support around the initial setup of my miners.

I took the dive down the cloud mining rabbit hole and bought my first miners from Compass on 9/28/21. I have felt like a kid on Christmas morning eagerly awaiting their arrival and launch, and it seems that day has finally come. I have spoken with multiple Compass mining support and sales representatives throughout this process, all of whom exceeded my expectations. Most recently, I called in and spoke with Jesus Guillen, who I have spoken to many times via email in the past. Jesus is even better over the phone than he was via email, and Jesus (and the Compass team) are top notch via email if that gives you any indication to the level of quality service you will receive. Jesus answered all of my questions completely and then sent me an email complete with links to answer all of my follow up questions that he somehow knew I would have...even before I had them. I just hope my Bitcoin miners are as efficient as the Compass Mining support team!
