I am pleb bitcoiner and it used to be the defacto that plebs can't mine BTC profitably. Still I kept looking and when I found Compass I could not believe it at first because it sounded too good to be true. But I did my research, talked to customers, investors, other veteran miners and they all had nothing but good things to say. So I took my first shot in April 2021 during the bull run and have been online since May, could not be happier I took the dive. Compass is a 100% down to earth legitimate business and they mean it when they say they want mining to come to the plebs. They have online communities for customers where they listen to our requests and complaints and actually respond to them within minutes, admit their weaknesses and then come back with actions that we requested. They are super responsive, they truly know the mining technology and business in and out. In fact I genuinely feel their customer service is top class across every other industry I have experience as a consumer. They are responsive, courteous, professional, and perhaps most importantly pleb miners themselves. They are not perfect of course and they have huge room to improve but they are the first to admit that. Remote mining is a risky investment for a pleb but at least Compass has removed the counterparty risk of the service provider for me and now thanks to Compass I am a proud pleb miner as well as a bitcoiner.

Legit company and have a decent reputation. Heard they were owned by a public listed mining company. I have a few S19 110th since april. Always down and no one to help. I don't know whats going on but you guys really need better customer support. I wanted to buy more Z15 from you but the experience with my test order is not going well. Waited for a contract for some time too, sent like 4 emails to paul mcdermott and been told many times it will be sent.
