Dishonest communication, from the sales managers lying to con you into a purchase agreement to the company itself flat out lying about having a plan to deal with foreseeable events. I have experienced a total loss of my assets due to Compass' negligence and they take zero responsibility. I would NOT recommend using Compass for ANY purchases Hosted or At Home miners.

First miner delayed 6 month, than, after more delays I had 3 switched off on a russian site, without any reimbursement or outlook from compass, now, again with huge delays my miners are offline about 50% of the time. Stay away from compass !!

I started mining with Compas Mining, after one month my machines stop mining due to Sanctions. No further explanation given, my $15,000 machine lost for ever. Terrible company, terrible management. Would never mine with them

This is a hard lesson I've learned with them : the customer are nothing. At first, they seem to care. They have a discord channel and they respond. Nice community on there. And then, the freefall begins when it's time to deliver. The comms are currently miserable. They said so themself, but they don't change anything. The list of their mistakes is ongoing: bad choice of hosting, high fees, manuals marketplace offering, electric rates hikes, old Asics turned down, etc. It really is, a sh t show

Tried out Compass a year ago as part of mining diversification efforts. I should have paid attention to major red flags (not sharing any details on hosting facilities and lack of monitoring of client machines) but I marched ahead. Now I am left with two rigs in Russia where Compass misrepresented ownership and I am not able to get access to my machines now that Compass has unilaterally cancelled my contract. Buyer beware.

Lots of promises, no delivery. They take your money up front and promise you'll be hashing, but there's always "something in the supply chain" that means your never hashing. Doi yourself a favor, spare yourself the broken dreams, and just put $10k in a bag and burn it. Same result.

Many, many broken promises. They are not transparent. I have lost lots of money because of compass. I really wish I never started mining with them.
