Call was dropped after a considerable wait on hold for answers concerning a potential order. I was to be informed of the cost of the order before agreeing to place the order. The order was identified as being shipped with no regard to my request.

Comfort does not answer their phone. They have a call-back function, but they do not call back. Sometimes their call-back function just drops the call. The are billing me for supplies which I no longer need, but I am unable to contact them.

Really a great company! Love the way they remind you of your reorders and the quality of their products! Also always here when they say they will be! Again Thank You!

Did not get the quantity of items ordered. On hold for to speak to a person for 30 minutes +.

Everyone I talk to is so friendly and helpful. I'm new to navigating ostomy supplies for my young son. I truly appreciate all the help and support figuring out the supplies that work best for my son!

My experience with Comfort Medical has been horrible. I’m waiting for ostomy supplies. They didn’t communicate with me to let me know they didn’t receive my Drs authorization, they don’t send the complete order as stated and the delivery time is longer than they say. The hold time is at least 30 minutes, usually a lot longer. If they put you on hold and the call is lost, they don’t call you back. I’m finding another supplier immediately.
