Terrible phone support. Spent over 90 minutes on hold to get a live person. She then passed me on to someone else!! Blamed it on computers.

Comfort Medical has gone down hill in the last year. Communication is horrific, shipments are late, the don’t update customers on what is going on with LIFE SAVING medical supplies. Each time I have tried to speak to someone about my shipment/order, I have been put on hold for an average of 15 minutes, and no one will help me resolve the issue. My urology department reported that Comfort Medical has been causing issues on their side. Prescriptions have been sent in, and never updated in Comfort Medical files, then never told me there was an issue, just never sent my supplies. Terrible. Can’t wait to start with the new company.

From the rep to delivery I am a forever fan. Ty to Althea and Claudia. I belonged to another company who I'll suffice it to say I wont return to. Thank goodness I found Comfort. Even the delivery man placed my box in my hands like precious cargo.. which it is!
