Although my experience was painful there were enough people who came through to help me get my order that I'm changing my review to reflect a more positive experience. The was even a person at comfort medical that gave me her personal number and called me the day after I got my supplies to see if everything was satisfactory.

I was almost out of my bags I was out of supplies had to use tape to put my bags. The tape broke me out so bad. I didn’t have a supplier so I got This number off one of my boxes and called comfort medical they took such great care of me. A few days later got a box with everything I need. Thanks Comfort Med.

Calling the 800 number is totally frustrating. Getting a live person who just takes down your contact information is a waste of time, because more times than not, I don’t get a call back. When I finally got through to an order taker, she was fantastic. She gave me her email address, so I can communicate through email now.

It was very easy to order supplies my first time over the phone. I was advised to download the comfort medical app which I did. It’s been over a week and I am not able to set up a new account in the app. I reached out via support email and still not able to create an account.

My representative was kind and respectful. He made this transition very easy for me. He was very helpful and informating very grateful to have him to help in this Confusing time. Would have Gavin 5 stars, but order was delayed twice.

GOOD: I like that your customer service reps are understandable. I am not prejudice but, another companies reps had such strong accents that I had trouble communicating. Your reps are friendly. BAD: I have been your customer for less than a year. During that time I have been told your web access doesn't work because it is being redesigned. I can not access my Comfort Medical account from the web or the app. When is this going to be fixed?

Got my welcome kit pretty fast which included about 15 - 20 catheters. Big screw ups getting the next delivery. There was apparently a problem with the doctor's prescription not having the duration included. Not sure what happened between you and the doctor's office but I was on the phone with you a few times concerning a medical release from visiting nurses. It all worked out but not without major concern as my first month's delivery arrived the afternoon of my using my last catheter that morning. Not a very good start....
