I requested a supervisor after speaking to a call center rep who pretended to connect me to a specialist. I was connected to Mary who claimed to be a specialist. Most rude liar I have ever spoken to in 67 years.

Comfort medical has been more than helpful with my daughters supplies. We were stuck on an extended stay out of town last year and did not have enough catheters. They were able to send us an emergency shipment to the hospital we were staying at and we had enough to get home. They have worked with me on deductibles. Great company

Received my heated back wrap yesterday and have already enjoyed using it. Great help for me sitting in my chair and sewing or appliqueing and does a great job on my lower back which is the worse part of me and helps my shoulders wonderfully. I thank you

I was first, operated on in March, 20006 in a VA Hospital for an Enlarged Prostate. It took three Mo. for the bleeding to completely stop. I endured with the help of Comfort Medical for eleven years in and out of the misery of sexual malfunction & urinating many times, nightly. I had to have the surgery repeated in Sept., 2017. This time, in a facility geared for that purpose. I was pretty, uncomfortable, for about a mo. after and now, I have complete sexual satisfaction and I can go all night long without urinating. Thank you CM for you understanding and supplying my needs for that bleak period.

They're the most professional, knowledgeable and helpful people and that's just the tip of the iceberg. They are all excellent troubleshooters who go way above and beyond anything you could imagine. If there's something that needs to be accomplished they will get the job done. Having the group of them all together is excellent because if one guy has a suggestion then one of the others may have a more plausible idea and as a group they decide collectively which one is the better route to go. They are courteous and have an astute knowledge regarding their craft. They have excellent attributes and problem solving is what they do best!! Highly recommend them for any and all endeavors because if anyone can figure it out these gentlemen will. 5+ STAR RATING or as many as you can get!!!!!!!
