So many lies from this company. Verified by calling our insurance company and Medicaid that what they were telling us about billing was absolutely incorrect. They just wanted us to pay them even though we didn't owe it. I would avoid this unethical company or if you do business with them, check every single bill with your insurance company on what is really your part. Comfort Medical: I did check with my primary insurance company AND Medicaid and that is how I know what you are doing is wrong.

All of the processes used to supply my medical devices have been satisfactory. However, I would prefer to have communications occur via e-mail rather than on the phone by a recording. I would also like to be able to track the shipments, questions I may have, and financial transactions as they pertain to my products on line. There does not appear to be any means to do that.

Star was a great help in suggesting new products to help with my ostomy issues and followed up to see how I was doing. Awesome job!

Finding out if you order supplies at the beginning of the new year it will not happen like your normal order does. They have to reverify everyone's insurance and so you are left waiting for verification and when you are in need of your supplies, this isn't good.

My orders have always arrived right on time. It is very easy to reorder supplies. I’m very satisfied.
