Comfort Medical staff on the telephone responded to my questions and needs quickly and professionally each and every time I called. I was pleased that I did not have to "start from the beginning each time I called". Their telephone customer service is excellent.

It took forever to get my product to the point I ordered some off Amazon but the company sent samples too. My delivery date was supposed to be a Friday and I got my supplies on Monday.
