Dangerously unsatisfactory service. In my household the COMFORT MEDICAL GAP is the period of time between when you use your last essential medical supplies (in my situation it is catheters) and when your re-supply arrives. Everyone who sells catheters must know there should be no GAP, never-the-less this is my experience: I called Comfort Medical on March 22, 2023 to check the status of my order. It had not yet shipped. I asked for shipping to be expedited since my catheter supply would be depleted by March 27. I made two follow up calls (3/25, 3/27) in an attempt to determine shipping status which was not available because the catheters still had not shipped until 3/28. They arrived on 3/30! I filled this 3-day gap by getting catheters from my urologist and ordering from two other suppliers on March 27. Both suppliers (one with insurance approval and one for cash) delivered on or before March 29! I cannot trust my comfort, health, and safety to Comfort Medical. Comfort Medical records all telephone conversations. Shipping data is also documented.

I reached out to them when I found that my puppy chewed holes in the last tube of paste used to secure flange to a body. They were quick to get an order for supplies and ship it out. Received today, good packing and same quality products. They are wonderful people...They are more than a company, they are understanding people...The world could use more of them.

All I have to say is that the company needs to find a new delivery company because they don't give a damn about your customers. I ordered a new lot of my catheters and the FedEx driver NEVER attempted to contact my wife so she could accept the package for me. The driver never left a doortag to notify me that he was there on May 3rd, on May 4th didn't contact my wife via the call box by the front door of the building but did leave a door tag and again never attempted to contact my wife, who has been at home during this whole fiasco!!! So, I strongly suggest you get a new and better delivery company because again, FedEx drivers DO NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!! A very upset customer, Dean Hanson

Service has been good until the last order. Needed new prescription, so they called the doctor. They couldn't connect, but didn't advise me. I called a week later and finally got them together. They promised shipment that day. Two weeks later, and promises of overnite shipping, no supplies yet. Difficult to get anyone on the phone or return a call. Advised United Healthcare to issue a warning to other insureds. Starting the search this am for a new vendor.

Something is terribly screwed up. The very first time I got supplies from CM I was due to run out Friday at noon. I called late wed afternoon and they sent tem out that evening arriving Friday at noon so I used my last cath. That was 3/31. I am on a qid regimen due to run out 4/28(a Friday). I called Thurs and someone said they would be shipped that day however said the original ship date was May 1. They were not shipped that Thursday nor were they shipped May 1. My Urologist gave me supplies today as we had no idea when the supplies would be shipped. I should get them every 28 days - this time it will be around 34 days before I receive them. I was told 2 different things - that I should receive them in time to have either a 10 day supply or a 2 day supplt A negative 6 day supply just doesn't get it. I made a call on Monday but had to leave a message and the message promises a call in 24 hours. That should have been between 9 and 10 AM this morning so we are going to 28 hours and no call. Not being able to evacuate my own bladder has been trying but terrifying is the specter of not having the equipment to do it. Totally uneasy with the service I have received so far. Would love not to have to spend hours of my time each month trying to get the supplies my doctor has ordered. Thanks for allowing me this opportunity .

By far the worst company i have dealt with. You call multiple times to order theres no one to answer your call and have to wait for someone to call you and they never do, when you finally get to someone they tell you your order will be shipped today and you will get your supplies tomorrow and you never do . I’ve been trying to get supplies for my wife for over a week and no success.

My experience so far has been good

3+ weeks ago I ordered colostomy supplies and urinary leg bags. I was informed they needed a new script. I sent my doctor a text asking if they received it on april 3 and again on april 6. I found out comfort medical had an incorrect fax number. I wanted my doctor to send the new script but you informed me that you have your own form. Don finally received his colostomy supplies and I was told today Don should receive his leg bags in 2 - 3 days.
