I have been waiting 10 days for my supplies and have spoken to your rep Mike (who is excellent by the way) He keeps requesting an emergency order but cant get an answer to why nothing has been sent to me. He told me that it is a prescription problem. After I made the original order no one contacted me to tell me there was a problem so I waited for my order to come and it didn't. I contacted my doctor to see what the problem was and they said they had no request on file. Please send me the supplies asap.

The company is very efficient and the product i use is life changing for me. The communication is excellent and the product is delivered promptly.

I received 2 emails that it’s time to reorder about 1-2 weeks apart. I responded to both emails confirming to ship the same order. A message was received saying a representative will process the order. It has been another 1-2 weeks and I haven’t received anything.

You do as I ask not as you wish. I order what I want and you ship. No frills and the samples are stacked up. Very few used. I like what I order and don't do changes. Thank you

My reminder was not coming in my email. Had to call in, and then things were fine. But I wonder if things are straightened out yet.

Checking in to see if supplies is needed is right on time. Supplies are sent out on time; this is based on the notice that I received when the supplies are mailed. My only problem was with the delivery. Sometimes the supplies are not delivered when they say.
