I ordered and didn’t receive my catheters. Called you and was told Carrier didn’t have the right address!! How does that happen when I have been ordering for years??? Called 2X that week and got message everyone was training!! Couldn’t leave a message!! Couldn’t talk to anyone!! What kind of business are you? Noons answers the phones on a Monday or a Saturday in the same week!! Very bad customer service. This is the second time I have had a problem with this company. Next time it happens, I’m telling my doctor not to refer his patients to you!! By the way, no compensation for free catheters with all this horrible customer service!!!

This is the 4th order u got wrong.

The right hand doesn’t know what the left one is doing!!! Very disappointed, I talked to 4 different people and all said something different! My catheters did not come when they were supposed to! I had to go to my Doctors office to get some because I didn’t have any! Unfortunately I changed companies, I will not be ordering my catheters from Comfort Medical.

My order was first shipped to incorrect address. The replacement order which was shipped to the correct address was incomplete. I was missing 4 items. I had to call Coloplast directly to help straighten out my order since I couldn’t get through to Comfort Medical.

Once I spoke with a care service provider, everything was awesome. The current call-in system with the callback method does not work well for some. At work, I cannot always answer my phone. It took me 9 business days to finally speak with a rep.

Very helpful in getting my supplies the company I used in the past have some real problems i waiting almost a month and still have not received any supplies, this is a company that I have been dealing with for the last 10 years real problems there.

I got my supplies surprisingly fast. I was in need of them as well.
