Great customer service , on time delivery, helpful assistance

My current ostomy supply store decided to not carry the Coloplast ostomy pouches that I prefer so the Coloplast CSR suggested Comfort Medical (and now I understand why). The first CSR at Comfort Medical lied to me and said that I could not order ostomy supplies from two companies in order to trick me into divulging the information about the other ostomy supplies that I use. After the phone call ended, I called Medicare and was told that this wasn't true. I informed this CSR that I wasn't ready to place an order until late March. In late March ,the second CSR called me about the order and I said that I only wanted to order one box of Coloplast pouches #15521 and that I might be ordering other supplies from my current supplier and I didn't want Medicare to be double billed, which I emphasized. So, I received all six ostomy items which I do not need and Medicare will now be billed twice for two items, unless I can return this shipment before Medicare is billed. I called Comfort Medical at 9 a.m. 3/29/2021 to ask for the return shipment address since Walgreens , which received the shipment for me, said they would not accept the package for return and that I would have to go to the Fedex on Main Street in Springfield. The CSR didn't provide a return address but said that I would receive an authorization number to return the shipment so I wouldn't have to pay for it. At this time 2:32 p.m.3/29/2021 I have not received a telephone call or e-mail with this information, so I will continue to wait for a further response.
