Finally got my order took about 3 weeks due to Doctors office having trouble signing and faxing my prescription.

Your phone number is very difficult to find online. I called 3 numbers before I got a hold of anyone. Your rep spoke over me several times. I then asked to be emailed the information for the comfort medical app. No one ever followed up and sent it to me. I don't think this is in good practice for the people that you serve.
