First experience with this company was positive on all fronts

I did not receive the amount on certain items that I expected. I know Dr. Ahmed.provided you with an update regarding my position and what I need on a monthly basis. Yet you still did not provide me with what I need. I would appreciate an explanation.

I ordered catheter supplies and was pleased with the service. Personnel was very helpful with items I was looking for, and extremely courteous.

I am disappointed at the lack of coordination (or communication) between staffers when placing my specific order requests for catheters that arrived with the wrong gel paks (Surgilube paks) rather than the requested Applicare Gel Paks originally asked for, and had ultimately shipped after placing a call to Comfort Medical. Also, the manner in which the box was partially taped, leaving its contents clearly visible to neighbors living in my apartment building...a violation of HEPA. This is unacceptable! I look forward to improved future deliveries!
