It was OK, it took a while to get the machine and because I did she was pushed a whole month to before her she couldn’t use it .The doctor did not have any openings until May so now we sit with a box that we can’t even use. I feel like if there was an issue with the insurance I should’ve kept the loop better so I could’ve stayed on top of them and said weeks went by with no word. It wasn’t until I called that I found out that there was a problem with the insurance

I was sent pre-cut 2" bags which I did not order. My stoma is only 1 1/4". The deodorizer stings my stoma and really didn't do it's job. I was sent a catheter carrying bag, I don't have a catheter. Had to send back this order. So now I am running short since I have to wait for the correct order to come.
