Faith, who originally opened and handled my request was diligent in providing updates when she did not get needed documentation from doctor’s office to close out my order. Wait time was minimal and even when calling into call center I was able to speak with a competent agent who provided clear and concise understanding of my request based on updates that Faith had made via our conversations. I received my supplies in mere days after documentation received and was just what I requested. I was more than please with the experience. Thanks for an awesome job Faith!!!
