They are very friendly groups

I truly delight to have meet friendly staff. I like short yet direct answer each time I called.

This company has been very patient with my insurance issues, and very speedy in getting me what I needed.

It took me 5 days to get to speak to some one, then thr Dr office took over a week to give you the necessary info. I received the shipment okay, but no "Welcome package" as promised has been received to date.

All of the people that I have dealt with at Comfort Medical have been wonderful. My catheters are a lifesaver. Thank you

Initially, back in April of this year, I believe, I was told that my doctor had not faxed back a prescription for my supplies. My doctor insisted that she did send the prescription back. It went back and forth like that for a few days and then it finally got rectified and I got my supplies finally. But I had to receive some emergency supplies first. Then it happened again 3 months later in July of this year. Only this time I had to wait for about 11 days before the situation got fixed (By "fixed" I mean I had to email in the prescription MYSELF) and I finally got my supplies. Again I had to resort to emergency supplies. If this happens yet again in October I will be looking into a new supplier. After all, this is OSTOMY supplies. It is VERY important as I'm sure you probably know being an ostomy supplier. I experienced a tremendous amount of stress over this and my stomach stayed very upset. So I hope this will not happen again in the future. I've been with Comfort Medical for many years but I will make necessary changes if I have to.

Update to my previous post. A rep from Comfort did reach out by phone and e-mail. She was very thorough and empathetic going over the problems I was having. My complete order arrived shortly thereafter. Thank you Comfort Medical for a professional remedy to rectify the situation.
