Customer service is unresponsive! I was on hold 40 minutes to make sure my reorder was correct. Clarified that I need 6 boxes ( 60 each) of barrier rings, the same number of items as the wafers. Received 6 each barrier rings. Once again I called to get the order corrected. I have been on hold for 2 hours and 50 minutes, and have not yet had the opportunity to speak with a customer service agent.

Friendly customer service always willing to help any questions that you have they have no problem answering quick shipping I never run out great company recommend them to whoever made need them

I placed my first order, got it in a timely manner (I live in upstate NY), received a call to see if I had received the correct item and the correct quantity (yes to both). I never felt pressured to place another order (which I’ve already done) and have even gotten a reminder to place the order. Your company charges me about half what the company I had been using (which decided not to do products such as catheters in their pharmacy any longer). 125% satisfied!

I received an email that my monthly supply was ready to be shipped on a set date. If I needed a change I should call the number before the scheduled delivery date. My supplies were shipped on the scheduled date and I received then by FedEx two days later.

Over one MONTH to secure supplies, causing me to literally run out! Failure to follow up with drs office to secure prescription, instead they put me in the middle. Multiple inquiries and phone holds over one month to as ascertain order status. Etc, etc.
