Was not notified that my Dr's prescription had expired, I had to call in 2 weeks later asking why I had not received my order. Dr's office didn't get any request from Comfort until after my call.

Love the easy resupply. After ordering the supplies are at my front door within a few days.

My father was getting supplies from Comfort Medical and had no issues with billing. He passed away last year and I notified Comfort Medical and they told me that they would close his account. I had to contact them four times because they repeatedly sent bills and tried to bill his insurance, yet they were, again, paid for services. I finally spoke to one person and she apologized and said she saw the calls from me and offered her condolences, saw that nothing was owed and said she would close the account. Just received another bill from Comfort Medical. It appears that they are trying to get money from a dead man. This was upsetting enough after he passed, and it's still upsetting. There is nothing owed to Comfort Medical and they won't stop sending bills to the house. Make sure you all check your insurance invoices as I think they might be A LOT sneaky. They will not get another penny. They haven't sent any supplies and they are all paid up. I'd like to say more, but this will most likely not be posted if I say want I really want to say.

We have used this company for three years now and have NEVER been billed until this last order. I have called twice to figure out what’s going on. Both ladies didnt understand it, said they would call back. Neither did so. I would appreciate this be sorted, especially with a bill now pending. Thank you. WB

the past several months, I"ve had problems contacting customer service to order my ostomy supplies. it seems no one answers the phone, and when they do it takes 24 hrs. to get a call back. I tryed paying my bill on line, and nothing worked. whats up?? I have been a customer for a long time, but this is making me nervous.

It took over a month to get the order for my Dad's supplies ordered. When I first contacted Comfortmed to find out if you were in my Dad's network, you called my phone 5-10 times a day. Then when I needed to place the order, it took over a month actually place the order in which by the time I got it finally placed I was at the point of trying to find another supplier. The lady that finally got the order set up and we did have an issue with my Dad's dr getting the prescription (which I didn't know had to be done-would have been nice to know when I first talked to your representative) correct, then it took me contacting his Insurance Advocate to get in touch with your representative to get the order shipped. I was told my Dad would receive a "welcome package" and I guess that was the bag that came with the supplies shipment, not what I was expecting, I was expecting some samples or your products to see if there might be other items he is interested in, kind of like what Brava sent to him. I rated this experience a 3 stars and to me that was generous.. I am not happy with ComfortMed right now.
