I can't even begin to add up the minutes I have been on hold with this company just trying to get the order started!!! There was a delay with the doctor office not sending the Rx for the supplies. It was rec'd finally on 9/1 and now today is 9/5. I finally got through to someone today that tells me it will finally ship. Also indicated that I would receive an email when it does ship.......no email as of yet. So, I'm on the forever hold to make sure it is in fact being shipped. This is a life changing scene we are in now and this process of trying to get these supplies is very discouraging. It appears I am not the only one.

I think they need MORE help or MORE phone lines. I was on hold for 1 hour finally hung up.....I need to check on a back order weekly to see if in ....just just will be put on hold for min/hours to just find out...

Installing pouch Gabriel was very helpful, by phone, in walking me through the process..I would call him again if needed. Thanks

I just wanted to commend Philita for the tenacious efforts she exerted on my behalf in getting my initial order with your firm completed. She was clear, friendly, knowledgeable and effective in conveying to me the belief that she would not give up on my case until she had succeeded. And succeed she did. I have two emails dated July 24th and August 16th with the message "that your supplies are delayed." I have a note of a phone call from your firm on August 11th that my supply was being shipped that day. By the time I was connected with Philita, on August 23rd, I was still having problems getting things shipped to me and had nearly given up hope. But once she was on my case things started to happen. And within two days, on August 25th, my catheters had shipped and by the next day, August 26th, they were delivered to my front door. Philita has my admiration and gratitude. You should be proud that you have someone of that caliber working for you. Because of her hard work you now have a new customer who will be using your firm for has long as I need those supplies.

My experience was great as usual. I am treated as a valued customer always. I appreciate all the help I can get and I get a lot of help from the Comfort Medical staff.

Easy to order easy to understand and very fast shipping can't beat that

Sales person was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. She did what she promised. Items were delivered.
