The Customer Service staff are terrific on the phone. They are always pleasant and helpful. Compliments and thanks to them all. My biggest problem with Comfort Medical is your website. It is impossible to use unless you are ordering the exact same products and quantities as the previous order. I really thought it would be fixed by now. Thank you.

We ran out of supplies and I had to call numerous times over a 2 week period to find out they needed a new prescription. Speaking with someone who could actually help was a joke. I was given answers there would be a call back and there never was!! Very poor customer service!!

I would rate your service as OK. Long hold times and filing my insurance wrong and sending huge invoices because of not filing it correctly. Then I have to call my insurance company to sort it out with Comfort Medical. I feel now that this has to be questioned every invoice CM sends me.
