Excellent customer service, fast billing and delivery. The representative knew what I needed as I attempted to explain the ostomy bags I normally use, as well as other products that I would normally just purchase through Amazon. I have finally been set up for monthly delivery to my home with out the hassle of running out of supplies.

After 5 months I'm still unable to login to reorder, see prices, see order history or track order. Is your online system ever going to work. Orders still take several weeks to get.

At no time during 6 separate tries was I able to speak to a customer service rep. On hold an average of 11 minutes per session. I need to speak to a real person, as our shipping address changes constantly. You really need to fix this, as I am currently looking online for another supplier. Price is not the issue, customer service is.

I get a phone call when it’s time to re-order and my daughter in law gets an email to keep me up to date on supplies. An agent asked if I would like to get a 3 month supply if my insurance would allow, and it was a godsend to have everything sent that way. Thank you very much.
