The delivery time

I had to call several times to reach a rep.

i was running low on supplies customer service checked my order and said it should already have been shipped and they fixed the problem great service

I ordered my supplies a few weeks ago. I have called and called to make sure they are on the way. NOTHING. When I call to let them know I am in urgent need the customer service is rude and short saying will call you back and nothing. I cannot reuse ostomy supplies. I have never had an issue with this company until recent.

I placed my order on 8/31/2023, it is not arriving until today between 10:50 and 12:30, according to FEDEX. My catheter is scheduled to be changed today at 10:30.

The ease of ordering my supplies. The kind help in completing my order.

Service is good and I get items I need but it would be nice if you could go on their website and look up the supplies you need and add them to a shopping cart. It's like shopping blindfolded.

My orders are processed promptly and any problems are also addressed promptly.
